Delete your Body Challenge account
Signed-in participants can start an account and dashboard-data deletion request from the bottom of their participant profile.
What the request covers
Victory Investors, LLC d/b/a Seung-ni Fit Club Midland will remove or anonymize the Body Challenge dashboard account and eligible dashboard content, including progress photos. A request does not automatically cancel a Seung-ni membership or erase source records held in Glofox. Legal, payment, safety, and dispute records may be retained when required.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the Body Challenge dashboard.
- Open your participant profile and scroll to Account and privacy.
- Select “Request account deletion” and confirm the request.
If you cannot sign in, email midland@seungni.com, call (989) 837-1700, or use seungni.com/contacts. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
Timing
Your community display name and public community posts are removed as soon as you submit the dashboard request. Seung-ni will complete a verified request for your sign-in account and remaining eligible data within 30 days, then email confirmation. We will contact you if more information is needed or a record must be retained.
